It is fast, it is divine and
inspired by the world
BABU is kind of a funny story. Some would say a bunny story. The idea seems to have originated in the Far East, where Michelin three starred chef Gert De Mangeleer and his team became addicted to the street barbecues in Bangkok and Hong Kong. Now they’re ready to bring the excitement to the streets of Belgium, in Bruges and Ghent. The BABU boys & girls will serve you three types of bunners, the Brooklyn, Brighton and Beirut. They are served on homemade buns – hence the name – and accompanied by our top notch (and triple cooked) BABU fries and regular or spicy mayo. One of our refreshing drinks will wash it all down. Are you ready for the bunner?
